采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等方法对重庆市竞技体育职业教练员数量、队别分布、年龄、学历、职称结构以及管理机制等进行调查和分析,并提出对策。结果表明:教练员总量偏少,二三线基层教练员人数缺乏;高层次国家级教练员数量偏少;教练员队伍整体学历层次较优,高学历研究生人才缺乏;教练员的选聘及培训体系单一,等级晋升制度有待完善。  相似文献

通过对球队认同感、顾客满意度与态度忠诚度之间的关系进行分析,为制定职业体育市场营销策略提供参考.研究结果得出:球队认同感和顾客满意度的提升能显著增加球迷的认知品牌忠诚度,认知品牌忠诚度则能够显著提升球迷的情感品牌忠诚度,情感品牌忠诚度在一定条件下能够提升球迷的意向品牌忠诚度,球迷对职业体育品牌的信任会增加对该品牌的喜好程度,进而会增加对该品牌所提供产品的再购意愿等.  相似文献

Evaluating the value of athletes to determine whether they should be transferred from one club to another has become a major challenge for managers of sports teams. In the context of German soccer, aficionados have built a large online community that evaluates professional soccer players’ market values. The community has become the main source for reporting market values in the media and has a strong impact on sports economy: it is used in real market transactions and wage negotiations, indicating the power of crowd wisdom in the sports management context.This research describes the evaluation process of the community, investigates the accuracy of its estimated market values, and shows which attributes are most important for market-value evaluations. After demonstrating that the community's market-value estimates can predict actual transfer fees, we show that community evaluations can largely be explained by an econometric model that contains two blocks of determinants: variables that are directly related to players’ talent and variables that result from judgments by external sources (e.g., journalists). Reorganizing variables that were used in previous studies into two blocks (talent vs. external determinants) provides a more differentiated look at the popularity of players than recent literature on the “superstar phenomenon.”  相似文献

我国专业学位研究生教育已经进入高速发展期,在这个阶段,不仅需要高质量的实践和探索,还需要高质量的具有国际视野的理论研究。聚焦专业学位研究生教育领域的国际研究,运用文献计量学方法,对2000—2020年收录于WoS核心合集的权威期刊文献进行知识图谱可视化分析,揭示其核心文献增长、核心作者、研究机构、研究国家、研究主题与学位类别等分布特征,提出未来立足中国需要借鉴国际经验统筹开展专业学位研究生教育研究的建议:加强专业学位研究生教育的理论研究;注重不同专业学位类别的案例研究;增加专业学位研究生教育研究的资源支撑。  相似文献

Questioning how and why simulations can be suitable for supporting intraindividual learning and expertise development motivated this study. We depart from an empirically well supported cognitive perspective of expertise that focusses on cognitive adaptations through long-term engagement with professional work activities. The strength of simulation learning is seen in its multiple explanatory base, which is used to build the framework PETS (Promoting Expertise Through Simulation). The PETS model specifically addresses how simulations can contribute to intraindividual knowledge restructuring through case processing and learner-tailored guidance of a trainer supporting the thorough engagement in deliberate practice activities to go beyond automatization. Preparation, briefing, repetitive practice opportunities, and debriefing are phases of instructional embedding in simulation learning for which the PETS model identifies important prerequisites to enhance understanding of what works for whom under which conditions and why during expertise development.  相似文献

The term community is widely and often uncritically used to characterize groupings of people who meet in electronic forums (e-forums). The research reported here shows how the casual use of the term community to characterize these groups can actually undermine their transformation into forms of social organization that are justifiably characterized as communities. This article examines how transforming a group into a community is a major accomplishment that requires special processes and practices. Primary data come from a particular project, the Inquiry Learning Forum (ILF), that aimed to develop "communities of practice" (CoPs) among high school science and mathematics teachers through an elaborate dedicated web site. We examine participants' behaviors in some of the differently structured forums within the ILF web site. While the project's developers expected CoPs to develop autonomously, there was no evidence of CoP formation in open public online forums. The article contrasts two approaches to building online communities that differ sharply: "IT-led community development" and "IT-supported community development." The experience of the ILF project shows that IT-led strategies community development strategies are much more difficult to make workable than are the "IT-supported" strategies.  相似文献
